What to put on a handyman invoice

Small jobs get paid fastest when the invoice is short and clear.

Call-out fee: Your call-out or minimum charge as the first line.
Labour: Hours on site at your hourly rate. Use 0.5 for half an hour.
Parts: Each part with quantity and price, like Tap cartridge, 2.
Several small jobs: One line per job, like Rehang bathroom door, Fix kitchen tap.
Paid on the spot: Enter the amount paid and how, so the invoice shows a zero balance, or use the Receipt generator.
Job address: Add it as an extra field if it differs from the customer's address.

Should I charge a call-out fee?

Many handymen charge a call-out or minimum fee for the first hour. Put it as the first line so it is clear.

What if the customer pays cash?

Enter it in Amount paid. Or make a receipt with the Receipt generator to show it was paid.

Can I send it by WhatsApp?

Yes. On a phone, download the PDF and choose Share, then WhatsApp.
