The core Classic Emerald invoice generator is completely free forever. Our refund policy applies to all paid upgrades made directly through Invoice-Gen.net:

• Monthly Pro Subscription ($5.00 / month): Eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription payment. Subsequent monthly renewals can be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.
• Lifetime Deal ($70.00 one-time): Eligible for a full 100% refund within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund is fast and straightforward. Follow these steps:

• Send an email to billing@invoice-gen.net with the subject line: Refund Request - [Your Email].
• Include your payment transaction receipt or the email address associated with your Stripe card payment or PayPal account.
• No complex interrogations are required; we will process the return immediately.

3. Processing Times & Payouts

Once approved by our billing team:

• Stripe Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): Refunds are submitted to Stripe within 24 hours and typically reflect on your bank statement within 3 to 7 business days depending on your card issuer.
• PayPal Express: Refunds appear in your PayPal balance or original funding source instantly upon execution.

4. Dispute & Chargeback Prevention

Filing a bank chargeback takes 60 to 90 days and incurs administrative delays for everyone. Because we offer a 100% guaranteed 14-day refund policy, we urge you to email us at billing@invoice-gen.net first. We resolve requests within hours.
